All of our premium electric fires benefit from a 3 year warranty. We employ a dedicated team of service administration and service engineers to ensure your new electric fire is upkept to the highest standards in the rare event of malfunction.

Any items purchased before 1st June 2022 include a 1 year manufacturers warranty. 

If you have obtained an extended 5 year warranty upgrade code then please add this when registering in order for it to become active.
