We bought a fireplace and fire from here and from start to finish it was a 5 star experience. They let us look around their beautiful showroom and weren't pushy at all. The fitter did a perfect job. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to with this place. Highly recommended.

WOW!!! My fire from Fireplace Factory is my new favorite gadget!! It can transform my living room to reflect any event or setting. We are so in love with our New fire and the fact that it creates the most realistic flame effect I have seen without the worry of the kids going near, is a massive selling point in itself. Add that to the quality of service shown by each member of staff I have had the pleasure of working with and you won't have a reason to look any further than the Fireplace Factory.
