Do you offer installation?

All our fires are sold on a supply-only basis. Get in touch with our friendly team to check if we have any recommended joiners in your area. All products are DIY friendly.

What warranty comes with your electric fires?

All of our electric fires come with a premium 3 year warranty. The aftercare provided from ourselves and Bespoke Fireplaces is unrivalled.

Please note Bespoke Fireplaces 3 year warranty is valid only on products purchased after 1st June 2022.

Do you offer collection?

Yes! Please just add a note to checkout or call our showroom and inform a member of the team that you would like to collect your order. Please ensure you have checked you have a suitable vehicle before deciding to do this.

How much is delivery?

Premium Electric Fires

Free Delivery - Our free delivery guarantees your delivery within 4 working weeks via our white glove delivery service. This service means your fireplace will be hand delivered into your home by one of our approved delivery teams. If you would like to check when our delivery teams are next in your area then please feel free to contact our customer service team. We strongly recommend this service for a smooth, professional delivery experience.
Express Delivery (£60 - order before 12pm) - Our express delivery guarantees delivery within 7 working days. This delivery service will be carried out by one of our approved delivery teams (white glove) or via pallet delivery by one of the national haulage companies (kerbside delivery). Feel free to to contact our customer service team to get a more accurate delivery time & delivery service for your location.
Next Working Day Delivery (£99 - order before 12pm) - Our next working day delivery service will be delivered on a pallet by one of our approved national haulage companies. This service is kerbside delivery meaning the delivery driver will deliver to the outside of your property. In this case you may need assistance to carry your new fire into your property. Where possible we always encourage customers to choose our “FREE within 4 week” delivery service in order to maximise their delivery experience.

Luxury Marble Suites

Free White Glove Delivery - Our free delivery guarantees your delivery within 4 working weeks via our white glove delivery service. This service means your fireplace will be hand delivered into your home by one of our approved delivery teams. If you would like to check when our delivery teams are next in your area then please feel free to contact our customer service team. We strongly recommend this service for a smooth, professional delivery experience.

What is the difference in the Bespoke Luxe Log upgrade that you offer?

The Bespoke Luxe Logs are the newest addition to The Panoramic range. Each log is carefully handcrafted to create the most realistic campfire effect.

What is the mood lighting that you offer?

All our luxury marble suites come with the option to upgrade to mood lighting. This gives you complete control of the ambience of your room with the ability to increase and decrease the intensity of the LED light around the suite. Our remote controlled media mood lighting is a cool white light and is not multi-coloured.

Where are your suites made?

Each suite is handmade by our team of stonemasons on site at our marble factory.

Do you do NHS discount?

We support all of our emergency workers from police, fire fighters, nurses, doctors. Please contact us with proof of status and we will arrange for a discount code to be sent to you.

Do the fires require ventilation?

100mm is required at the top of the fire for ventilation.

How can I see the marble choices if I can’t get to your showroom?

There are two ways that you can get a feel for our luxury marble suites. You can order one of our luxury marble sample boxes, or you can video call with one of our team by contacting us through our brand new feature shown at the bottom right of this screen.
